Otaku World Clothing
Otaku World Clothing is an offshoot of Otaku World. We aim to provide anime fans and Japanese enthusiast alike with high grade and unique clothing that sports your favourite anime characters or some other traditional Japanese influence. Along side this we also sell kawaii accessories.
Jessy May
After being a hit at Japan Fest Derby + Retford, Jessy May will be returning for Japan Fest Retford 2023! They sell a variety of anime inspired products, such as stationary, stickers, clothing and notepads!
Jessy May keeps up to date with the latest and greatest anime and inserts them into her products, we're very happy to have them back!
Fanatic Puffer Fish
Fanatic Puffer Fish an Illustrator artists and hand made crafts expert. They will be bringing a wide range of items from cutesy key chains and earrings to genshin impact related crafts.
They also have an amazing collection of japanese folklore inspired pins, stickers and note pads that came into being through their travels across japan in 2019!
Hatsume Smile
Hatsumi Smillie Design's will be joining us for Japan Fest Retford. They're extremely talented in crafting hand made polymer clay earrings, requiring a delicate touch and artistic vision to bring the different types of coloured clay together and moulding something absolutely beautiful of it.
Starliaau
Starliaau is an up and coming artist that has unique and gorgeous art that takes normal looking anime characters and puts a brilliant twist on them.
Her art includes pieces from hit shows such as The Last of Us and Stranger things! 😄
Studio Miyabiyaka
Studio Miyabiyaka will be bringing one of the most ancient art forms of Japan to the festival, calligraphy. This artform is something rarely seen in the west and it is our great privilege to be hosting studio Miyabiyaka at Japan Fest. They will also be selling preserved flowers, another type traditional Japanese art.
Anara Jewellery
Anara Jewellery offers a captivating collection of handcrafted jewellery that exudes timeless beauty and elegance. With meticulous attention to detail, their skilled artisans create exquisite necklaces, bracelets, and earrings that reflect a blend of tradition and contemporary design.
Izzoo
IZZOO is ran by the extremely talented Holly who hails from Nottingham. Being creative from a young age she made her way through her education focused on graphic design and illustration.
She now runs an adorable and successful small business by the name of IZZOO, selling kawaii stickers, keychains and candles. Japan Fest is very privileged to be able to have her as a store holder!
Retford Table Top Café
Retford Table Top Cafe are specialists in board and card games. Their cafe is multiple stories of fun and excitement, 100’s of board games, 100’s of hours of fun! Not to mention their fully kitted out Dungeons and Dragons rooms! At Japan Fest Retford Retford Table Top Cafe will be selling a variety of items from Coffee to Yu Gi Oh cards!
