
Otaku World is dedicated to providing a safe and respectful space at our events. As such we have a ZERO TOLERANCE policy towards harassment of any kind, including but not limited to protected characteristics, cosplays and any form of unwelcome attention.

If a person engages in harassing behaviours, OTAKU WORLD staff will take prompt action in any form they deem appropriate, including expulsion from OTAKU WORLD EVENTS with no refund. Our policy applies to EVERYONE at the event. Exhibitors, Attendees, Speakers, Guests, Professionals, Press, Staff, Volunteers, and Security are all subject to our anti-harassment policy and will be held to the same standards and disciplinary action.

If you are subject to unwanted photos by other attendees, please report this to a member of staff.

Should you wish to report an incident please speak to any member of staff who will be able to support you, this allows us to rectify the issue immediately.

To ensure safety for everyone at Otaku World events, we will be conducting bag checks on the door for both the day events and the after party.

Food from outside venues (Unopened, non-alcoholic drinks and snacks may be brought inside, providing it is a reasonable amount for personal consumption only).
Please remember that for the after parties you will need a legally acceptable form of identification. This could include a passport, provisional/full driving licence or a PASS regulated citizen ID card.

Otaku World reserves the right to confiscate any prohibited items and report them to the appropriate authorities, if necessary.
We also reserve the right to remove anyone from the venue, who we deem to be in violation of our policies.

If you have a medical concern, physical or mental, we have an on site first aider who will be able to assist you immediately should you need support.
