Are you passionate about sharing events with your audience? We are excited to announce we are implementing Creator Passes! Creator Passes are complimentary standard access tickets provided to content creators with an active, engaged following, who are actively planning to create content to promote their appearance at our events.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
A creator pass is open to people who take an active role in the online pop culture world, this includes and is not limited to social media influencers, vloggers and content creators who are planning to create content in our event.
Applicants will be reviewed based on the following criteria:
- The size of your following: You’ve built an active relevant audience in relation to your niche and it aligns with the core values of our event.
- Submitted reason for application: You intend to promote your attendance at our event and create content at the show.
- Previous posts of attending relevant events: You have previously posted that you have attended a show similar to ours or one of our events and you can demonstrate a history of promoting shows to your audience.
- Audience engagement: Your audience is active and engages with your content.
- Quality of produced content: The quality of the content that you post in general and especially at shows.
-You agree to make a minimum of one static post highlighting the event on your profile using hashtags relevant to the event you are applying to eg: @otakuworldderby #otakulink #ad
The awarding of Creator passes aren't exclusively determined by follower count and we will evaluate other elements of your application. We favour creators that have previously posted event promotion as well and have previously attended our event where possible. The quality of the content on the profile is very important to us and we will take that into consideration when reviewing creator pass applications.
ADDITIONAL GUIDANCE
Creator passes are non-transferable! Creator passes are strictly non transferable, if anyone is caught trying to attend the event under someone elses name they will be removed from the event and you will be refused future creator passes. If you are no longer able to attend the event please send an email to chloeotakuworld@gmail.com and this ensures you will not receive a mark against future applications and also allows us to offer the chance to a different creator.
If you have already bought a ticket before applying a refund will be issued, in the event of you having already purchased a ticket before applying for a creator pass we will refund you.
Previously rejected for an application? We review applications on an event by event basis therefore even if you get rejected for one event you may not be rejected for a different event and we always encourage re application where possible. The reverse is also entirely possible where you are rejected after being accepted previously. We review applications on an event by event basis and it is important to consider the criteria we review before applying.
