Japanese Railway Society
The Japanese Railway Society (JRS) is a welcoming community of railway enthusiasts dedicated to Japanese railways, established in 1991 at the London 'Japan Festival'. It provides English-language resources, promoting interest in diverse aspects of Japanese railways, from shinkansen to local lines and tramways. Membership includes the quarterly magazine 'Bullet-in' (now at issue 119) and access to social events, rail tours in Japan, an online Facebook group, and 'X' posts. The JRS, with approximately 180 members worldwide, has been featured in Japanese media multiple times

The Japanese Garden Society brings together people interested in the gardens of Japan and Japanese style gardens in the UK.
We welcome amateurs and professionals, garden lovers and garden designers who wish to share their enthusiasm and knowledge of Japanese gardens with like minded others.
