Length: your performance may last as long as you wish, however maximum length is 4
minutes and 30 seconds (270 seconds). We recommend 3 minutes as a general middle
ground.

If your performance runs over, we will have to cut it short.

Your performance must contain a Live element: playing an instrument, live vocals,
choreography, etc. Simply displaying a video on the screen is not sufficient. Exceptions
to this rule may be made on a case-by-case basis.

All content must be age-appropriate: no depictions of violence, drugs, etc.

You must arrive at the stage at least 10 minutes before the Talent Spot starts: this is to
make sure all media content (video and audio) is sorted before it starts.

If you are planning to use instruments, you will need to arrive at the Tech Booth 45
minutes before the event starts so we can check your instruments and patch it into the PA
system if needed. We will not be able to provide any instruments for you.

All media (video and audio) must be submitted via email (general@otakuworld.co.uk) before the event starts. We will not be able to accept any YouTube links etc. on the day. Audio and video files are always preferred over YouTube links.
